Returns Information

If for any reason you wish to return an item or your order, please contact us via email on sales@trade-bottles.com to request a returns authorisation.

You can then arrange to have the goods sent back to us and once received and processed at our distribution centre a refund will be processed.

We advise to send goods back by tracked post.

Please note that all returns are at the expense of the customer unless they have been sent in error or goods arrive damaged.
